利用規約（EULA）
本利用規約は、アプリ「PixMeal」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件について定めるものです。本アプリをダウンロードまたは使用することにより、ユーザーは本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
1. アプリの利用と免責事項
本アプリでの健康スコア・アドバイス等の評価結果は、AIによる画像解析等に基づく推測・参考値であり、医療的な診断や厳格な栄養指導を目的とするものではありません。正確な医学的・栄養学的管理が必要な場合は、必ず医療機関等の専門家にご相談ください。本アプリの利用または本アプリが提供する情報に基づきユーザーに生じたいかなる損害についても、運営者は一切の法的責任を負いません。
2. サブスクリプション（自動更新型）
本アプリでは以下の自動更新サブスクリプションを提供しています：
- PixMeal Premium（月額プラン）: 月額課金。サブスクリプション期間は1ヶ月間です。
- PixMeal Premium（年額プラン）: 年額課金。サブスクリプション期間は1年間です。
具体的な料金は、アプリ内の購入画面または各プラットフォーム（Apple App Store / Google Play）のサブスクリプション管理画面でご確認いただけます。
- サブスクリプションの支払いは、購入確認時にApple IDまたはGoogle Playアカウントに紐づけられた支払い方法に課金されます。
- サブスクリプションは、現在の期間が終了する24時間前までにキャンセルされない限り、同一の期間および料金で自動的に更新されます。
- キャンセルは、プラットフォーム（Apple App Store / Google Play）のアカウント設定から行えます。
- キャンセル後も、支払い済みの期間が終了するまではプレミアム機能をご利用いただけます。
- 無料トライアル期間が提供される場合、未使用分はサブスクリプション購入時に失効します。
3. アプリ内購入（消費型）
本アプリでは、AIフォトスタジオ機能で使用する「スタジオチケット」等の消費型アプリ内購入も提供しています。これらはサブスクリプションではなく、都度購入型です。有効期限はありません。
4. 知的財産権
本アプリおよびそのコンテンツ（デザイン、テキスト、コード、アイコン等）に関する知的財産権は運営者に帰属します。ユーザーがAI機能を通じて生成したコンテンツ（解析結果、変換画像等）は、個人利用の範囲でご使用いただけます。
5. 禁止事項
以下の行為は禁止されています：
- 本アプリのリバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイル、逆アセンブル
- 本アプリの不正利用、または本アプリを使用した違法行為
- 不正な手段によるクレジットやサブスクリプション特典の取得
6. プライバシー
ユーザーのプライバシーに関する取り扱いについては、プライバシーポリシーをご参照ください。
7. 変更と改定
運営者は、必要に応じて本利用規約を改定することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリ内の通知等でお知らせいたします。改定後も本アプリの利用を継続した場合、改定後の規約に同意したものとみなされます。
8. 準拠法
本規約は日本法に準拠し、解釈されるものとします。
Terms of Use (EULA)
These Terms of Use govern the use of the PixMeal application ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Limitation of Liability and AI Disclaimer
The health scores, dietary insights, and estimations provided by the App are reference values based on AI image analysis and are not intended as medical diagnoses, professional advice, or strict dietary instructions. If you require precise nutritional management or medical guidance, please consult a qualified healthcare professional. The Operator assumes no legal or medical liability for any health issues, dietary complications, or other damages resulting from the use of the App or reliance on its estimations.
2. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions
The App offers the following auto-renewable subscriptions:
- PixMeal Premium (Monthly): Billed monthly. Subscription period is 1 month.
- PixMeal Premium (Annual): Billed annually. Subscription period is 1 year.
Specific pricing is displayed within the App and on the platform's (Apple App Store / Google Play) subscription management page.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew at the same price and duration unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can cancel your subscription through your platform (Apple App Store / Google Play) account settings.
- If canceled, you will retain access to Premium features until the end of the current paid period.
- Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.
3. In-App Purchases (Consumable)
The App also offers consumable in-app purchases such as "Studio Tickets" used for the AI Photo Studio feature. These are one-time purchases (not subscriptions) and do not expire.
4. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the App and its content (design, text, code, icons, etc.) belong to the Operator. Content generated by users through AI features (analysis results, transformed images, etc.) may be used for personal purposes.
5. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are prohibited:
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the App
- Misusing the App or engaging in illegal activities through the App
- Obtaining credits or subscription benefits through fraudulent means

7. Changes to These Terms
The Operator may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through in-app notifications. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
